Whereas we are involved in large and long-term contracts with governments and multinational organisations, we want to outgrow our regional player status to become a global force in the EdTech industry.

Role Description

At MySchool, we're on a mission to revolutionize education management with our cutting-edge School Information System (SIS). As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind crafting strategies that captivate our audience, elevate our brand, and fuel our growth.

Although this position offers remote work flexibility, it is initially only open to candidates located in Malta with the right to work in Malta. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to deliver against MySchool’s growth targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market, competition, and customer trends, and produce insights to inform business and marketing strategy.
  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Create engaging content aligned with the strategy (eg. blogs, case studies, white papers, emails, webinars, social media posts)
  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it reflects MySchool’s value proposition and brand and is effective at engaging visitors.
  • Develop and manage the company’s social media presence.
  • Implement and optimize PPC, display advertising, content syndication, and other digital marketing tactics to drive lead generation.
  • Manage the company’s marketing database and leverage MarTech tools (e.g. Hubspot) to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers and media outlets to increase PR opportunities.
  • Organize and promote company participation in trade shows, webinars, and other events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Hubspot)

Must haves, requirements, experience & skills

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist marketing role, preferably in an international SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content and digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the education sector or working with K-12 schools.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
